Returns

We handle each order with the highest level of care when wrapping it for shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@elanacollection.com.au within 7 days, including a description and photos of the damage. The product and its packaging must be returned in unused condition. Items returned in used condition will not be considered faulty or damaged, and additional shipping charges may apply. If the product is returned unused, we will happily provide a replacement or exchange.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@elanacollection.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the damaged product(s). We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange on any unused items.
